We have a garrage roller door from B&D (https://www.bnd.com.au/) which was installed in 2007. Size is Double garrage. Is there anybody who can fix or repair our garrage roller door which is not closing. It's electric with remote controller. When we try to close the door, it goes all the way to the floor and goes up again (reopens). There is no visible Jam or obstruction on the rails. I hqve tried resetting the sensor, but it didn't work. I called B&D and they will come and service on Thursday. But if anybody can do it ASAP at a cheaper price, I will cancel B&D appointment.
