Water is not heating on my Gaggia Classic coffee machine. The machine turns on and pulls water but it is cold.

My washing machine turns on but the start button etc does not work. Think it may be the switchboard need someone to look at it for me to decide weather it can be fixed or not.

Rubber on the interior of the door has deteriorated causing the drum to make a loud noise when the machine is washing or spinning clothes. Just looking for someone to take a look and see if it is possible to replace this or are we better off getting a new machine.
