Could be a problem with the touch buttons or something else. I can't find the exact model number but it's 150 cm exhaust. Everything else works. Excellent service he was able to actually fix the motherboard inside the unit. This is not something that normally people do because we have such a terrible using throw culture instead I much prefer being able to fix and reuse. Very friendly service.

There is a tear in the washing machine seal. (series 8 Bosch front loader. I think seal will need replacing. Also have a dripping tap (likely washer replacement) and check of the pump to make sure not blocked. (some water leakage noted near pump)
