I have a client that wants to renovate a room at the rear of the long garage that is used as a studio. Also need to move some walls and frame out some windows and door to be replaced by new aluminium sliding doors and windows. I would like a licensed builder to assist and drive the reno with me and create an action plan with costings timelines and compliance requirements. Budgeting at this stage.

I would like someone to replace my old pergola in a similar style to the one shown in the attached images. It would be preferable if you could remove the current one as well. I would like the new pergola to attach to the roof trusses and have just two posts, one in each corner. It would also need to be painted and clad with easyclick PC. The pergola will measure approximately 25m2 and the deck (merbau) approximately 28m2. You do not need to include the fret work shown in the sample image in your quote. The existing roof is single story and tiled.
