I am in need of someone to come and build my retaining wall for me. The last of the wooden blocks from the old wall will need to be removed and the new blocks placed down. I'm happy to pay for any concrete that needs buying. I also need the end block cut per the photo to fit. - Due date: Flexible

Hi there! Looking for experienced chippies/ builders who would want to take on a small job of building a frame for an indoor aviary. Photo for reference however please note we would prefer to use untreated wood to keep costs down. We will be using one of the garages as the bird room. We will do the meshing. Materials will be provided by us. We just need you to assemble a simple rectangle frame with a hinged door & fasten the frame to the garage wall. Floor is concrete. Approx measurements 3m wide, 1.5m deep & 1.7m tall Let us know what you can come up with! - Due date: Flexible - needing to clear garage first of clutter so please be patient. We will be in touch with the selected candidate once the garage has been cleared is ready.

1. Construct around 7 meter long wall by using 70x35mm treated pine timber and install 820mm wide internal door frame 2. Construct another 3 meter long wall by using 70x35mm treated pine timber 3. Cut the 820 wide door holes from an existing timber wall frame and install door (supplied by me) jamb 4. Install 10mm gyprock (supplied by me) on the timber frame wall 5. Install 2x 820 wide Hume flush panel doors, architraves. Doors, batts and gyprock supplied by me.

Tradies required to complete work remaining left undone. Required are Plumber, Tiler and Carpenter - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 7th Feb 2022

The structural timber of two external, brick veneer walls and one internal wall needs replacing due to termite damage. The external walls contain three windows with termite damaged frames which also need to be replaced. External walls are approx. 5.5m each long with 5 corners in total. Internal wall approx 1m each side of a corner. Five pieces of cornice need to be replaced due to cracking (1 to 2m long each). Gyprock to be replaced but don't include plastering or painting.
