Note council permit is not required as childcare is an exempted category. - Demolish part of external wall to change a single exit door to bifold doors. - Demolish existing retaining wall and part of carpark. New retaining wall will be built, but permit exempted as under 1m and not on boundary. Only permit for the demolition work.
