Need quote for some remediation work done to rectify rotting post on my Townhouse balcony. According to Engineers report the condition of the balcony bearer is currently ok but needs to be sealed to prevent further rot. All structural work must be certified by registered builder to meet Body Corporate building insurance requirements. I can do painting work myself. I need a small block wall built as a chemical bund. The wall is about 500 high, laid as a rectangle about 3m x 4m , so all up about 14m long. We already have the blocks. You supply the tools and labour, any cement we will buy on the day at your advice. Can be done any week day, preferably this week. The earlier in the day the better. We start at 6am an knock off by 2pm
