I’m looking for someone to build a simple car port 6m long 3.5m wide, with a gutter. I’m not fussed if it’s made out of treated wood or steel. For the materials we will go on a shopping trip to Bunnings to purchase what you need. Flat sloping roof. Attaching it to the side of the house, with posts on the other side. Gutter on the long side. Remodeling of two external walls required I have a double windows I’m hoping to remove and put outward facing doors to lead to the undercover pergola. I would like the door to be the same dimensions as the windows so you don’t need to make any structural changes other than ripping on the window and the section of the wall underneath the window to allow for door installation . Measurements for the current width of the window 1480 Measurement from the flow to the bottom of the top window skirting is 2150 Internal structure of walls in timber. Whoever designed this house did a terrible job at the lay out. I have a double glass sliding door that needs to be removed and re bricked up. I want that to then an an ems closed area so someone just needs to smash our (or take the sliding glass doors and keep them and sell them) and replace with timber and plaster to make a wall. Also wanted just a small space for a tiny length but long width window so light can still enter the area. Pictures of external m red brick is included for the outside of the new wall. Rough quote would be highly appreciated.
