Looking for a builder to quote us on some building works to a property we manage in Broadmeadow, the works are : * Replace chain at downpipe with a proper downpipe and connect to stormwater. *Repair front gutter, and replace fascia if required. *Repair flashing above entry where the verandah roof connects to the side of the property & replace split timber fascia. * Remove chimney above roof and replace tiles to match roof, the chimney below the roof cavity will remain to support the roof. *Seal the external gaps to the window frames to protect from water damage.
