Find a local Tasker to replace your engine in South Moreton Bay

Need someone who knows their way around diesel engines who can come and help check for damage and try and get the water out of the engine asap. Will need to remove glow plugs and disconnect intercooler , hand crank and hope we can get the water out. Drove through a mud hole too quickly and sucked in water. I’ve been getting a lot of conflicting how to and what to do. I just need a mechanic or someone who just knows diesel engines back to front to come and help walk me through what the hell I need to do to get this thing back on the road. 2017 Navara D23

Engine is seized in Makasa wacker packer. Needs new engine and install. Price is labour only then plus materials on top. It’s is currently in bray park but can be moved

Hi motor was sold as long motor, I'd expect that existing externals like aircond, power steering etc would need changeover, would need oil , coolant etc, and I'm thinking possibly wise to do thermostat and possibly water pump. I will supply parts and would do the running around to pick up etc. Sump and oil pick up needs changing as well as motor LFW 3.0 litre is out of a VF going into VE series 2 wagon to replace LFW motor.

Car will start and not go into reverse. Can you forward. After leaving car for a period of will turn again n can move. Can have trouble excellerating. Other times runs like a dream. Some people were renting my van (1991 Toyota Hiace Camper)and were very inexperienced and were having trouble driving it, now the engine is all of a sudden having issues. Need a diagnosis to see exactly what the problem is. If the engine problem could have been caused by driver negligence ideally I’d like some sort of statement from the mechanic (Airtasker) stating as such, so then I can take it up with the insurance from the rental company. Engine bay mostly cleared out. All engine mounts loosened except for rear engine mount. Front drive shafts and suspension removed. Only things left are exhaust, drive shaft, and rear engine mount as informed above. Have an engine crane on site, or don't care if you would rather drop the motor or even cut the front and drag it straight out. Volvo S60 2002. I figure 1-2 hrs. Does not have to be neat. $200 minimum. I can send pics of current state. No problems. - Due date: Flexible

Need to remove engine from 2008 jeep grand cherokee. 80% done but have ran out of time, need to seperate gearbox from engine. Can supply engine crane, but will need own tools.
