Our place has been vandalised and the fibre cement boards need to be replaced, 35 of them. They are ~100 cm wide. We need them replaced and the broken ones be taken away. There is a sign on some of them that they are asbestos-free but some don’t have this sign and we are not sure if they have or not. This post is for these fibre cement boards only but we also need to replace some doors and replace glasses too if you do this work and you could do the rest.

Hello, There is a HardieFlex cladding sheet panel that I was looking to get replaced on the front porch side of the roof. Wanted to get a quote on cost to remove the old panel and replace with a new panel which could be painted if possible. I know the colour and type of paint used, I can paint the panel myself if required. The cladding sheet panel that I was looking to get replaced is approximately 1 metre high in the centre and tapers down on both sides. The length of the cladding sheet panel at the bottom from end to end is approximately 2.3 metres. There is two colorbond metal sections at the top that are riveted in place which will need to be removed in order to completely remove the old cladding sheet panel and replace with the new cladding sheet panel. Once the new cladding sheet panel is installed the colorbond metal sections will need to be riveted back in place. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, we have had some asbestos sheeting removed from the side eave and need install of new fibre cement sheeting. House is a Queenslander cottage on a gentle slope so will need a site visit before starting job. Must have appropriate tools for the job. Can supply sheeting as Bunnings is 5min away.

Hi, I need a tradie to cut 3 holes in my garage cement sheet wall so our termite guy can check the inside wall space. Probably best to use a circular saw. Hole #1 will be 500mm x 500mm (overhead) Hole #2 will be 500mm x 500mm (overhead) Hole #3 will be 2400mm x 600mm (floor level) Then, I need you to cover the inspection holes with cement sheet - that can be unscrewed and removed for future inspections. See attached photos for sections to be cut, plus example of inspection hole. I expect the whole job will take about 1-2 hours. Prefer someone licensed and insured.
