We have a small bathroom that needs cornice repairs. The bathroom is around 3m by 1.6m We just finished tiling and there’s gaps between tiles and ceiling.

Repairs required to ceiling and cornices in one bedroom. 4 separate sections of cornice require repair and a square hole in the ceiling where a vent was previously. I would also like the ceiling where the gyprock has been damaged to be repaired.

Ceiling cornice has been cut into for blinds but a messy job was done. Need an additional 1.5 inches cut out (up to penciled line in picture)and the whole thing to be neatened and gaps patched up and sanded so it looks nice (x 2 - cornice on both sides of blind). I’m getting curtains instead and it will now be more visible. Also patch up paint on cornice and ceiling
