Fungus removal from bedroom ceiling

I need a few walls painted down the side of my house. I also need under the eves painted. I have all the Dulux paint already. Side of house wall approx 12m Opposite wall approx 5m Back yard wall approx 5m Job needs to be completed in the next 7 days.

Since my tennant vacated the master bedroom, I have noticed a grey tinge to one of the walls. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to clean the walls or return them to their natural colour. I am unsure whether the issue is indeed mould, or perhaps just old paint or wall discolourisation. I would like someone to inspect the room to advise whether mould is present.

Fixing up a few spots on the wall that the paint has chipped off from peeling off sticky velcro tape.

We have 2 skirting boards damages by dry rot. They need to be replaced and repainted. It is one long length split by the staircase. I length is roughly 540mm and the other about 400mm. The 540mm is joined (if I can find the whole length the whole piece can be replaced (about 700mm). It has a join at the moment which is why I have measured from the join. It needs to be properly angled into joins. I have the paint (it is oil paint and they were all recently repainted). Any damage to the wall paint would also need patching. I will source the primed skirting board.

Looking for someone to repaint the wall with a roller including any necessary minor repairs. There are three areas of paint damage. The photos show 1) the area to be painted 2) multiple angles of the areas with paint damage. One area I have cut out paint bubble, two areas have a paint bubble. The area shaded blue in the photo doesn't need to be painted, just the rectangle in the orange line. I have 0.5 litres of colour matched paint.

We noticed that the cornice is coming away from the ceiling, so need this repaired ASAP before it gets worse. Initially it was only on one wall's cornice but it's starting to affect the adjoining wall's cornice. Bathroom is not large (less than 3m x 3m). Must be done on Thursday 11th April. Small wall going up 6 stairs. Over a doorway. The wall is only 230cm wide. It’s all painted white so not really any prep. I have a tall ladder. Must have prior experience.
