Provide, Install, replace 2x25 year old bathroom downlights with new downlights

We need a reliable and proficient installer of 3 new kitchen appliances. Pickup 3 new appliances from local retailer, install these and remove/dispose of 3 the old appliances. Appliances include new electric oven and electric rangehood and a gas cooktop. Installation at Rosebery. We are not certain if council will remove appliances.

See pics of the front of my terrace. The electrical wiring, nbn box, plumbing, and even the wooden electricity pole are just a mess. I’m not sure where to start, but I need it all tidied up. Probably a good job for a builder with a couple trades spare for a day or two. If I get a good quote I’ll book it in. Ideally what I want is - 1. Smaller electricity box, somewhere far less visible 2. NBN box moved far lower 3. All electricity wires to run up corner, be put into a cleaner casing 4. All redundant electricity wires to be identified/removed 5. Plumbing to be tidied up, all run along the corner (can they be cased together with electricity?) 6. The black pole to the left (night shot) goes up about a metre or so and has the electricity line connected to it. I don’t want to replace this at the moment, but if possible, I wanted it bolted a bit higher, with the bottom bolt removed and the pole shortened at the bottom so it doesn’t take up so much space 7. Replace the light outside

Need a sparky to do a few tasks: 1. Look at 4x light switches 2. Remove 2x globe lights from wall (pictured) 3. Fix/replace outside light (pictured) - does not turn on or do anything. Can buy replacement ahead of time if you specify what is compatible.

I have a Kitchener wine fridge which is not working. I believe the issue is the motor fan that cools the thermoelectric (Peltier) module and would like this replaced. Price offered excludes any parts required for which I will pay separately.

Hello - we need the help of a qualified Electrician. When removing a roller blind fitting, we noticed it's live with electricity, confirmed by a voltage reading. We've removed the hardware but we're looking for an Electrician to investigate where the power is coming from and if there's a live wire or fire risk in our ceiling cavity. We understand this may include cutting into the ceiling, however we're looking for someone who can also repair if that's needed. There are holes for drop lights, however we couldn't see much with our boroscope. Must be completed on Friday 22 March, preferably in the morning. I've not hired an Electrician before, please let me know if I've under quoted.
