Hello I have a Bosch washer and dryer and need help taking it upstairs. I live on 27th floor but the apartment is a duplex 2 level apartment and the bathroom with the washer connections is upstairs. There's a 90 degree angle at the top. My partner and I don't have the strength/equipment to do this. Can anyone help please? Once up there we should be able to connect it ourselves but if you are experienced in that let us know how much extra it would be to help connect too. I can take measurements tonight. Obviously I will clear the space in advance. It goes without saying that I don't want to damage the walls or carpet (or people!) in the process of moving the washing machine! My building has guest parking which I can book so that you can park your vehicle if you are coming by car. My partner and I will be around and can help but might not be super helpful! Reattach and cement a roof cap that has been temporarily attached by silicone and cement cracks in the neighbouring few cap tiles. I have few replacement cap tiles in case you need to break the old one to remove it.

2 heat lamps with light to be installed. No exhaust functionality needed as exhaust is seperate. I want seperate button for light and heat lamps. Right now I haven't bought lamps but if you can provide I am happy with that option. Pics attached

I have a bathroom sink and kitchen sink that require their mixers replaced. There is no issue with the functionality of the tap itself. The bathroom mixer’s lever has broken off. The kitchen mixer is being replaced so it can have an extender.

I’ve recently moved into a new house and haven’t noted 2 issues that need fixing with my laundry taps. 1) the cold water tap that the washing machine attaches to doesn’t work therefore I have my washing machine attached to the hot water which isn’t good for my clothes 2) there is a leak coming from either the tap or the pipes under laundry basin when the washing machine is on- can’t seem to work out where it’s coming from 3) shower head constantly leaks and needs to be looked at!

Tap is leaking in bathroom. I’ve replaced the O-Ring, Seal and Valve and it’s still leaking. Presuming it could be the seat? There’s also a small leak from the piping that needs to be addressed. Need it done this weekend.
