In need of an end of lease clean for our house that has 3 bedrooms (1 of which may or may not be included in the end of lease clean), 1 bathroom, a separate dining room, laundry room and an adjoined kitchen and living area, small front porch and back deck. There is also a small shed in the backyard. Hard wood floors throughout, no carpet. Additional details - kitchen has a square skylight that is in need of some cleaning and blinds in bedrooms need a bit of a clean as well. For the 2 bedrooms and common areas, we have been quoted $900 and for the entire house, including the 3rd bedroom, we have been quoted $1050.
