Finish prepping floors - a little bit of underlay left in kitchen. Pull out remaining nails. Sand - used cylinder sander from Bunnings on one bedroom already 3.8x2.7 room. Oil floor - 3 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, living, laundry.

room of about 16m2 with already laid concrete floor -materials already supplied. Direct glue stick of engineered foorboards to floor. Also in another room (approximately 11.5m2) of sanding and polishing of solid timber floor boards with about 3 boards needing replacement.

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. If you could please advise a rough estimate of material costs and how long the job would take, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Replace mdf board on two thirds of the bedroom floor with tassie oak floorboards to match original. Carpet has need removed to reveal half of floor is mdf. Bedroom 3m x3m approx

Had some floorboards we are laying in apartment on ninth floor penthouse suite delivered and are located in garage on ground floor. Need one or two persons to simply bring them up to apartment with elevator.

Need a chippy or labourer tomorrow morning to remove old floorboards. If you are a qualified chippy, there is also work when redoing the flooring after the plumber is done this week. Thank you.

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.

I have had some rennovation work done, which required removal of hybrid floor boards from certain spots in my living room and kitchen. Need help fixing them up again. Looking for someone to install some engineered timber flooring. 14mm thick. Flooring is “click-in”. Will sit on a concrete slab which is clean leveled and ready to go. No glue required.
