We are hosting a Mothers Day High Tea Day at our restaurant . First session starts at 10 am and the last session starts at 4.30 . We will need red carpet approximately 6-8 metres long, gold barriers to line the carpet either side with black rope as well as a floral pink/white pastel colored wall as a back drop for photos to hire. It will need to be set up by 9 am on the day and can be removed around 5 pm on the same day.

Responsibilities: - Helps set up equipment - Assists in staging scenes and arranging flowers - help assist flowers(cutting stems, filling buckets with water etc) - Helps organize and categorize different types of flowers - would benefit for you to have a vehicle for safely transporting flowers and arrangements. - help for loading and unloading floral materials and ensuring their safe delivery to the photoshoot location. (I may get you to take flowers to the studio and help preparation as I need to go to the flower market Tuesday) - Assist in cutting, trimming, and preparing stems and flowers. - Help in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. - Support the florist in assembling and arranging floral setups. - Assist in setting up floral arrangements at the studio. - Act as a second set of hands during the photoshoot, adjusting arrangements and props as directed. - Help with the cleanup and breakdown of the setup post-shoot. - Experience in handling flowers and delicate items is preferred but not required. - Ability to follow instructions closely and work collaboratively. - Flexibility to work irregular hours on the day of the photoshoot.
