I'm looking for a regular gardener to take care of my suburban garden. Maybe 2 hours every 8 weeks or so. Tasks include mowing lawn, light pruning, weeding (by hand or careful application of herbicide), adjusting automatic irrigation, application of botanical health knowledge / initiative. I would like someone genuinely interested in plants. My current gardener can't differentiate between plants and weeds and seems to only care about the lawn. I would expect you to know (or google) the correct way to prune crabapples, hedging plants, train climbing jasmine, stake my ficifolias, diagnose overwatering vs dryness, etc. My place is a standard suburban front yard and back yard.
