Have a small front yard and backyard needing mowing and clean up. Backyard is very overgrown with weeds etc. Looking for a long term maintenance/relationship so it would be good to get a thorough clean up once and then ongoing mowing/tidying. Please price for 4 hours work initially.

Need general garden tidy up and yard maintenance for approximately 4hours per week on large acreage (sometimes maybe 5 hours). Some mowing of slopes on occasion, but mowing is not the focus. Mulching, pruning and sometimes planting of new trees to fill gaps. We will work with the person on site. Its more to give us a hand as most of the gardens are well-established, but extensive (5 acres). Tools not needed as we have everything onsite.
