I would like do a regular Electric, Gas & smoke detectors check by a licensed (Gas fitter and a licensed Electrician) for a townhouse that needs Lalor. The townhouse has a gas water heater and a gas stove. The townhouse has two-bedrooms, and two bathrooms (to get a sense of size / scale). I will upload photos asap.

I have a fixed Gas heater connected with gas pipe line. Was working fine until last Winter then turned off ignition but it is not working now, tried to turn on ignition but there is no gas. Maybe easy fix but don’t know.

Home has gas hot water and gas cooktop. Replacing cooktop with elec so need branch to cooktop cut and isolated. Can access in kitchen or preferably under the house. Crawl space with quite easy access available.

Just moved in to a new house and my heating is not working. I need someone to come round and have a look at it. The control box on the wall lights up but I can’t get the heat to come on. I have switched it on outside. I took pictures of things outside my understanding is there is a water heater and a separate gas heater to heat the house. Hot water heater is working but no heat. I understand that you may need to charge more depending on on what needs to be to be done but we can work that out when you get here.
