Brought this Bosch HXR39KI50A Series 4 Freestanding Dual fuel cooker. I had a gas plumber to do the installation and issue an certificate but he cannot do a low flame setting, i am not sure why is this issue (maybe he could not understand the manual and to do a low flame setting). He says its an issue with appliance but the company says its issue with installation. I am totally confused as this is not my job and this has been going on since two months.The gas is running OK but it stays on high flame only. It does slow down a little but not totally slowing down to sim function (all burners). I have contacted the Company and they say it is an issue with the conversion and I need it done by myself. If anyone knows how to fix this please accept my offer
