The guttering on the two short sides of my house have twisted and need to be re-hung: - gutter has internal clips - one side is approx 10m long and is twisted the whole length - the second side is only twisted to halfway, approx 4m along The corner end of the gutter at the back of the house is hanging down slightly and needs to be pushed back up. There is a piece of fascia missing next to it that needs to be replaced or something added if possible to stop water getting in the roof. There are 2x existing old down pipes that need to be reconnected to the gutters. 1x new down pipe needs to be cut into the gutter and installed. 1x new down pipe to be installed, hole already cut in the existing gutter. The fascia in one section at the back has slipped slightly, it needs to be pushed back up and screwed in place. The eave sheet next to it has popped down and needs to be pushed back up at the same time. There are a couple of broken roof tiles that need to be replaced, I have spare tiles already and the broken ones are along the edge of the roof so you do not need to get up on the roof.

There's a hole in the fascia board. I suspect this may be due to a crack in the gutter or another issue. From the attic, you can see that there is a hole in the board. This is a double storey home.
