Just moved into new home. Need Bosch security system reset. And new codes setup

I need to have my home/burglary alarm system disconnected prior to a scheduled electricity outage on Tuesday 7/5. I have been told that the outside alarm can sound if the electricity is cut and the backup battery is no longer working. The current back-up battery is very old and not re-charging to capacity so needs replacing however I have never used the system so happy to have it disconnected if it the easier option.

Hi, I would like to have the old BNC analog CCTV cable and camera removed and replaced with new LAN cables to install new cameras. I already have the cameras and NVR, so I just need someone to run the cables (I have LAN cable with me or you can run new cat6). Location Donnybrook / single storey tiled roof Thank you.

The power point socket switch is faulty and not able to turn it on so we need that replaced. Also, we need two smoke detectors replaced. Can supply the smoke detectors.

Tech support required to reconnect 4 exisiting wired cameras and configure Swann CCTV. Tenants reset password and did not share when they moved out. I had unplugged cameras from back of unit and when connecting again have not been able to configure to show on screen again. Also purchased a newer box however unsure whether compatible with the existing type of camera. Job is therefore to reset / reconfigure old box or if possible configure new.
