House painting bedrooms and living room upstairs

Need the walls in the main areas from the front door to the kitchen to the lounge washed/wiped/steamed and the kitchen area roof also from where SES put holes in the roof a year ago and Mildew has built up around them and the light sockets. Receipt is needed to provide landlord for House inspection 18th March so need This done before the 17th of March. The walls aren't heavily stained or covered with heavy spills just have lived the house 8 years and need it to be professionally cleaned as per the Landlord and Real estate agents requests. Task is for disabled pensioner currently in ICU and we just had a so called professional cleaning company come out and not do the things asked or for the required time paid them for 3 hours they were here just over an hour and didn't have any supplies or equipment and was a waste of money and time budget isn't extreme due to being out of pocket already but if you can offer afterpay that would hugely help if not that's fine too just tell me what your offer includes please.
