Mowing / slashing a sloping block of land (2700m2). The land is at 25 Skyridge Drive, Upper Coomera. I recommend having a look at the block before offering; as it is challenging. Most people have taken 1 full day cutting; although if you have a ride-on mower suitable for hills you may be quicker. The last contractor need to use a brush-cutter because of the density of the growth; rather than snipping. If you offer - please indicate the number of hours included with price. I'll also make the point - that I'm going to be more inclined to use people who have seen the site; because others offered 'blind'; and then changed their price dramatically once they investigated. Hi, Please find the attached photos. Lawn mowing is only on front of the house as back of the house has Artificial grass. We want someone to mow front Grass, Whipper snipper, Line up the hedges on rear , clean the garden and take out dead branches.... Weed spray,.... Line up the sides of the house and cut down uneven branches and cut down palm tree branch if dead and shape the front tree. The tree is in excellent shape, so don't need much work.
