Hello there I need windows 7 or 8 or 10 reinstalled on my laptop computer which has been out of action for a few years. All the hardware and everything appears to be okay however when I use a bootable windows USB to try and reinstall windows I get an error message about requiring a driver. I also have a left desktop computer and MacBook which I would like assistance with and of course if you're able to help they will attract an additional fee. I don't know if the problem is with the BIOS or whatever but I've tried updating that and still I have no luck. It's an Asus zenbook UX 461u, there's a crack in the screen which I'm not overly concerned about. It seems like there's some sort of software slash firmware that is preventing me from installing windows so anyone that is sufficiently text savvy should be able to do this pretty easily. I have a MacBook Pro from late 2013 so it's no longer able to receive any official support from Apple. Currently I have the Catalina OS installed however it appears as a number of windows processes running in the background and also a bunch of other dodgy stuff happening according to terminal. In addition to this I have an android phone that I would like to increase my understanding of and also make secure. There are a countless number of third party licence is that I don't really know how to make sense of and don't really know where to go from here. The task is for installing windows on the laptop (purchase in 2018) and the other things I've mentioned come with a bonus fee (50% (($25)) for any/each additional task.

My Sandisk 4Tb 2 month old SSD was kept away for almost 3 weeks after last use. When attempting to connect to it now, I am unable to detect the SSD anymore on my Mac (Disk Utility) or Windows (Disk Management). Although the LED indicator on the SSD turns on when the USB-C is connected, but the drive is never read. Request help to detect my SSD and recover data inside it and transfer to my laptop.

HI, I got issues with my computer and it keeps showing automatic repair loops. I had tried everything such as reboot and every possible actions have been done. but still not working. Are you able to fix it? If yes, how long would that take approximately from your early diagnosis? Also, can I know the rate? Does it cover the whole process? And I would like to recover all data, are you able to ensure that too?

I can no longer sign into my user profile and when i attempt to, it displays "The ProfSvc service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded." I have attemped to follow several Youtube videos and forum instructions but cannot even log into the administrator to use Safe Mode. I dont care if Windows needs to be wiped and re-installed, i just need somebody who knows what they're doing. I feel like this issue came up due to lack of space on the internal drive.
