I've activated an additional NBN FTTN connection. Service is active but I'm missing a telephone socket on the wall for the modem to be plugged into. I have been advised that I need an electrician to cable up from the MDF.

I cant unscrew the nbn cable attached to the wall. I need to replace it with a new cable as the current one is faulty. I can't get it loose, i have tried everything. Would really appreciate the help.

We have FTTC connection. There are two copper lines going to the property, one is in use and another one is available. I need the available copper line to connect it to my house. Although I have a switch box which where I can connect the nbn cable, my neighbour is using this switch box. So I want another switch box where I can connect my nbn cable

Unable to connect to internet properly. Keeps disconnecting. Wireless coverage is poor. Have bought new router and still isn't fixing the issue. NBN connection point was recently moved.

My current NBN system is offering poor internet connectivity from the spare bedroom. Job is to move NBN modem in house. NBN wire goes to garage wall, then piggybacks on a blue ethernet cable to modem in upstairs cabinet. I need to move modem to garage. So need 1. Drill/Conduit in garage wall (near water + power lines) 2. Ethernet cable converted to ethernet sockets (cabinet + garage) 3. NBN wire in garage(via conduit from step 1) and modem placed in garage (which will connect to new socket from step 2) Must be qualified/accredited/insurance etc edited: removed the electrical issue from work list because it requires a different skill set

There appears to be a line showing up on NBN search and on Telstra end, however we cannot physically see a wall socket. Can you bid to quote/discuss this ?
