Find an experienced local painter in Jan Juc

I'm looking for someone to clean and oil my decks. I normally have it done every couple of years. There are two decks. The first is about 7m x 2.5m. The second is about 1.5 x 1.5. Plus it would be good to do the stairs. There are about 12 of them.

I need skirting boards sized up and installed and put into a basement I am converting into a play room. It is only two walls, one approx 3.5m the other approx 7. The walls are brick and the floor is cement. I need this done by the end of the week, or the latest next Monday, as carpet is going down Tuesday.

The bathroom ceiling needs cleaning once or twice. There is mould patches in the pine wood ceiling. I am asthmatic and can’t do it myself. The ceiling isn’t very high & the bathroom small but a ladder will help. Anyone that has experience cleaning away mould would be helpful. Relocate furniture. Clean and re-seal deck.

Need a pair of hands for the day to help me paint fence posts. Around 33 of them. One side, paint provided. You'll need ladder, brushes etc. I'll be with you at the customer's house doing other work. Posts have been stained so will need a very light sand if at all. Saturday 7th November 8 hours as much as you can get done, ideally finish the job on the day. Photo of the fence attached, just the front of posts required.

Patch/skim Coat the cement sheet to bathroom as per updated photos attached. (Areas with tiles marked red to show extent of patching. Tiles to part of area so not all need doing Works to start 8am Monday morning Needs to be to a class finish to then be painted

Patch and coat cement sheet cladding to bathroom following removal of tiles during renovation. Tiles have left poor finish and will not be replaced by tiles. I believe a light skim coat before paint will be sufficient rather than cutting and patching (refer photos) Two small areas. New cement sheet will be installed by others. Just need the roof of my bathroom cleaned - scrubbed and wiped with at least two different products to ensure mould spores are gone. It’s pine wood and I can see some mould marks starting to appear so would like the whole low lining wood roof and walls wiped throughly with bleach and or mould remover. Just the small bathroom done really well as I get asthma. Will need to bring a small ladder for the job to ensure it’s done well.
