Maintenance needed in an apartment. The Built in wardrobe is behind a bathroom that wasn’t properly sealed so water is eroding the plaster in the back of the wardrobe Bathroom / bath needs to be resealed and wardrobe needs to be patched There’s probably a bit of work too do, re seal, re plaster the wall, re paint the wall and possibly replace skirting board which would also need painting. Also the biggest problem is does the shower actually need re sealing or is it an actual plumbing issue? Your wall would need a moisture test then they would reseal, re check the wall in a week or so too see if the moisture levels have dropped then fix the plaster/paint Due date: Flexible
