I have looked in roof cavity and figured out that water is leaking around a pvc pipe which goes from laundry wall to all the way through roof. Hi, for a year now we've had sewerage smell coming from the toilet which is only getting worse and spreading from the toilet now to the bath tub and laundry drain (sometimes) which are all on the same side of the house. The smell isn't there always. It comes and goes and different times of the day (toilet mainly). Dont know what triggers it. We originally got our old toilets replaced a year ago to new ones thinking that would fix the issue but it didnt. Yesterday we got south east waters to come check if it's anything to do with their end and have said its not. Not sure what's causing it. If anyone is aware of what the issue could be, then please leave me your offer. Thank you
