We have some leaking taps. They were installed about three years ago, and probably need new washers. Three are leaking, but it might be good to also replace a couple more in the same bathroom. I would take guidance on that. Thank you

Bath water pools, drains slowly. Will sometimes go back to normal but issues always comes back. Have tried drain unblocker, plunger etc.

Have a leaking tap that just continuously leaks no matter how tight the handles are shut. Toilet also leaks every 1/5 flushes.

Need to fix the leaking shower base. Provide quote if need to replace the whole base.

Hi there. I have a laundry sink. I want a garden hose tap installed in to it, so that I can attach a garden hose - so I can use the water in the garage which is adjoining. Additionally, small task, could you please check the existing tap to make sure there isn't a limiter? The flow is weak from the tap. Outdoor tap should be provided by the airtasker.

The water pressure in our house is lower than it should be. I was told by a plumber that the pressure regulating valve most probably needs replacing. No other problems were detected. The price this company wanted to do the job was very high.

I need a plumber or someone very experienced in watering systems. One of the valves in this old irrigation system is leaking. I need someone to repair or replace the valves as well as fix a pipe joiner which I cracked when digging it up. Note that there is only one valve required these days. There were once multiple valves for a sprinkler system long since destroyed by the previous owners dogs. The timer system still works fine and would need to be reconnected to the valves etc. It is also possible that system could be substantially simplified by just connecting the single pipe to the tap closeby and installing a tap connected timer. However there is no turner on the tap and it would need to be reconnected etc. Probably best you come and take a look at this before working out best approach. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023
