Water drops leaking from shower head

The seal ring between mixer and sink is worn, cause water leaking from the gap into the cabinet. Need a new seal ring and tighten the mixer. Mixer brand is Grohe diameter is about 60mm

I live in 3 bedroom townhouse. Lately start hearing random banging sounds inside the house in different variations but not continuous. Initially thought evaporative panel in the roof but it happens even it’s not windy. My suspect is water pressure, Sort of inspect sound just after closing the tap and try to close the main, drain water and open the tap and thought I fixed it as I could not hear any sound after turning off the tap. The issue is it happens even we are not using water at all. It’s like one hammering bang and stops. Next repeat sometime happens with in a minute. Other times stay quiet for hours. Morning and evening is more worse. It’s making me crazy not finding what causing. Any suggestions and fixed from professional would be really appreciated.thank you

Replace one toilet Cistern.

Need to apply new silicon for two bathroom shower. Plus general shower head dripping check and sink faucet leak check. I can buy the required items if needed.
