The shower waterproofing/ puddle flange may be compromised causing water to track under the tiles causing water ingress in the vanity. Need someone to fix or renew the shower and the vanity.

When flushed with a full tank of water the toilet flushes. However when it goes to fill up the tank again, the water continues to run without filling the tank. The only way we have stopped the water from continuing to run is by filling the back of the tank with approximately 3L of water. Only then the water will automatically shut off again.
