Need someone with an experience in fixing window roller shutters. Some observations / assumptions below: - 2x shutter not working properly. 1 of the shutter is not rolling down and the other one is not rolling up. The motor that rolls the shutter up/down seems to be functioning so Im assuming something is wrong on the roller barrel perhaps its stuck on something or it could also be that the slat is out alignment on its tracks.

The roller shutter outside my lounge room is stuck. Probably one of the fins stuck. I do not have proper tools to fix this hence asking for help.

Single window roller Shutter not coming down. Motor works fine. Seems the guide brackets inside the unit have come off or broken and shutter just spinning and not being guided down.
