Find a roof repair professional in Newtown

Need some maintainence done on the roof of my three storey terrace. Roof was replaced with colourbond in 2017, and solar panels were installed in 2021. Had a ceiling leak during the downpour last month. Insurance is covering all those works, but they have some maintenance that needs addressing first. From their report - I need this done : - Leaf and organic matter debris build up to the roof elevation above the attic. - Deteriorated flexible sealant to the metal roof. Don't have any pictures of the issue itself, but can send you the insurance report and pictures of the house for better idea of access ect. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! NB. Also including this from the inspection report via Insurance : From the roof drone assessment, it was found that a build up of leaf and organic matter debris underneath the solar panel has allowed water to hold and pool on the roof elevation above the attic. Water ingress has occurred nfrom the roof elevation above, tracking down into the roof cavity below and damaging the attic plasterboard ceiling and two downlights. It was noted that the flexible sealant to the flashing and roof sheeting junctions have deteriorated, which has contributed to the resultant damages to the attic ceiling.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to re-roof the back half of our semi in Newtown with fresh sheets of metal and two skylight protectors. Roof size roughly 3mx7m. Would you like you to come out and quote in person person please.

This is a roof leak repair job. The building is a large hall with a high ceiling. On rare occasion the ceiling will leak when there is a big storm. I suspect the roof could be leaking from the roof vents shown with the blue arrows in the photo. Also I suspect it could be leaking from the flashing shown with the blue lines. The roof needs to be investigated for possible areas of leaks and fixed. The visibly leaked areas are circled in yellow and red in the photos. Other areas of the ceiling could have leaked but has not seeped through the ceiling because of the rare event of it ever happening.

Repair Leaking Roof Scope of works: • Water is leaking into room at the back from the ceiling • To strip and investigate the area where it is currently leaking and fix at the time • To reinstall existing fascia which has fallen down. • To cut the damaged section of gutter away and dispose. • To supply and install new guttering to match existing as close as possible. • To supply and install PVC pipe to replace the damaged section of the downpipe. • Remove all building material and dispose of correctly
