Apartment balcony which is on the second floor, I've had builders come by already and tell me the access is ok and no need for scaffolding. - Area to be covered is 5mx2m - Cantilevered preferred but not essential - Roofing: opaque/milky insulated PVC eg sunlite tuff or similar. I require a gutter clean and vacuum. I am in a double story duplex, so there is work at height here. The gutter cleaning is not extensive, there are a few small weeds growing at the rear of the house. 20-30cm tall. In addition, there is a build up of waste along some of my solar panels that needs removing/vacuuming so I can get my solar system serviced.
