A licenced electrician is needed (registered with ABN). The job can be done next week or two weeks from now. The list of tasks as follows .1. Three circuits have no RCD safety switch protection. (Install RCD0 3x . two for power and one for light) 2. Single gang switch has faulty switch mechanisms. (replace 1x) 3. Two 2gang switches have faulty switch mechanisms. (replace 2x) 4. Three gang switch has faulty switch mechanisms.(replace 1x) 5. Single socket vertical power outlet is cracked.(replace 1x) 6. Main earth conductor is missing earth identification/warning do not disconnect tag. (Install tag 1x ) 7. Light fitting broken on ceiling swipe fan. (replace light fitting/repair) Taskers must have a registration number (REC) and to be shown on the invoice. Provide reasonable quality parts. Provide ABN invoice and photos of completed each item needed for the real estate agent file.

Probably a job for an electrician/handyman. Disconnect and remove these 2 small wall lights and the switches that operate them and patch holes that are left behind.

Power went out in half of the house last night. Lights are still on, however 80% of the power sockets aren't working inside the house. One of the switches in the fuse box is turned off. I'm not able to switch it back on. I'm not sure how much to price for this job so I've put a budget of $200, but I'm happy to negotiate to make sure you're paid fairly for your time and the job required. Thanks!
