Pool filter has lost vacuum

I have already put flocculent in just need vacuumed to waste and then the walls scrubbed.

Ideally need someone who has their own pump although we can run the vacuum to waste. With all the rain I had to add flocculant and it has all settled at the bottom but the pool is not really set up for manual vacuuming unfortunately. I do have a manual vacuum but it tends to stir everything up, so would be better with someone who has a pump. It’s a small pool 6x4 m
