13kg Simpson top loader washing machine has stopped spinning during wash cycle. It fills & drains but once it starts to drain the tub won't move. We have done all the obvious things but need a repair person who knows washing machines.

I bought this second-hand Fisher & Paykel washing machine around 2 years ago. Has been working pretty well, but this week have seen some dirt marks on some of my clothes. As well as some dirt inside the washing machine, after the washing cycle has finished. Not sure what it is. Maybe the filter needs cleaning? Or something else?
