I need to repair/replace the rotten window frame (winder part). Also need to repair damaged timber around the window outside and inside. The window is located on the first floor.

I need a new winder fitted/welded to the window frame so that it can open and close properly. Needs to be done by someone with experience with these winders and welding. Will need to bring new winder. There are runners at the top of window that seem ok but I’m not sure if those need renewing to make sure window is absolutely secure . I also have a shelf that needs to be put on a bedroom wall. I have the shelf and brackets , but do not have correct screws. Will need a stud finder to secure shelf.

Bathroom window frame has rotted at bottom panel. It’s an old window so timer was used. Due to moisture in bathroom the timber doesn’t dry and gathers condensation. Possibility of requiring aluminium frame instead. Measurements are 111mm high x 77mm wide.

An update on my previously posted task 1. Cut out and recaulk shower area. Size is 1m x 1m. Mostly floor only but a bit of the wall too as you can see in the pic. 2. Caulk bottom side of window frame between the frame and wall. Approx 2m

The new glass is in so we just need the paint colour matched plus any wood treatment that needs to be carried out before the paint.
