I need to find a professional to do a roughly 2~3 hours job. 1. Replace a broken eave. Please see the attached image find the broken hole in the outdoor eave. Only one hole. 2. Painting the outdoor eave after replacing the broken eave. 1). Need to fill the small gap between eave and wall or gutter if there are gaps (if there is, will be very very small gap) 2).Need to clean the eave 3).Need to pain two coats of the eave 4).Don't make ground dirty when painting 5). The size of eave might be 20~40 sqm (please see attached pictures) 6). The roof fasicial part showing peeling off in the picture is not included because it was already painted. Notes: 1. It is a small three bedrooms one story house, please see attached pictures. 2.You need bring a ladder, tools by yourself 3.I already bought the painting so you don't need to provide. 4.You need to buy Plasterboard or Sheet from bunning, please let me know the sheet which is needed and I can pay the price. - Due date: Flexible
