Cavity door for ensuite does not close properly. Door continuously jams and we have forcefully opened/closed it many times, resulting in paint to become chipped. Not sure if the tracks are ok or not given we have tried to fix it by forcing it which evidently did not work. Also requiring paint job (will supply paint)

External door at the back of the house needs both the hinges to be replaced. Make sure that the door can be closed and opened after fixing the hinges. You will need to buy the proper hinges and I can pay for it.

The front door on our investment property for some reason is hitting the tiles slightly making it difficult to open. It just needs to be shaved down slightly I think to allow it to soon.

Our bathroom door has a sliding doors which keeps falling off the track. It has happened a few times now. We want to fix the sliding door, may require a new rail or wheels on the rail. We have a corner cupboard door and a pantry door that needs rehanging in our kitchen-edit- my husband has managed to hang the cupboard door, but it needs adjusting.
