Need tiles around drainage area removed back to dry area beneath and replacing with new tiles. I have the tiles and grouting. Also need shower floor edges re-sealing. I have the sealant. Experienced tilers only please.

I have 19 ceramic tiles measuring 12” square that require straight cuts. All outlines have been marked and are ready to go. The plastic floating base also needs to be cut. It’s very thin plastic.

Edge tile cracked and needs digging out and replacing. Tile cutter needed for this job. Trim between tiles and carpet also needs installation. Large stone tiles, replacement available.

Please give your quote for half day of work. Some tiles got loose so you need to take them off, remove existing adhesive with a scraper and put them back with new adhesive. I already have the adhesive so you only need to bring tools. See picture of the tiles enclosed. It's about 20 big tiles, I think this will take half day.

The tiles are large porcelanosa tiles, which were originally grouted shallowly. Some of it has crumbled away, so are looking for it to be re-grouted in the areas where this has happened.
