Require downstairs toilet to be tiled. The area are behind the toilet, splashback on sink and floor. There might be small part behind the sink to be plastered and hardward applied behind the toilet. The tiles and grout(grey) have been purchased and other costs such as adhesive/wood can be added to the overall cost.

We had to lift some tiles after a water leak. The task: 1. Remove old adhesive from two tiles. 2. Seal exposed substrate and allow to dry and allow to dry 1+ hours. 3. Fit 18 tiles, 40x40 cm. 4. Remove approx 4.5m of grouting from existing tiles. 5. Regrout existing tiles and 18 replaced tiles, after allowing at least 4 hours drying time for adhesive. No tile cutting required. Tiles, substrate sealant, adhesive and grouting supplied. You need to supply materials / tools for removing old adhesive from 2 tiles, brush for sealant, spacers.

I have a couple of small tiles in the shower that need replacing. They are corner tiles that need to be removed and replaced with the affected corner wall resealed with a white bathroom anti-mould sealant so there's no colour mismatch, I can supply the sealant if needed. I have the new tile and it needs to be cut to size. The two tiles to be replaced are in two separate areas of the same wall. Expectation-wise, the tile needs to flush. Please do not quote if you do not have any experience. I need a careful and experienced hand on this job as the tiles are hard to come by, I don't need further damage to the other tiles. I would otherwise do it myself. You'll need your tile cutter, grout saw and tile chisel. I'm writing the obvious because there is a history of airtaskers showing up without the necessary tools.

Grout is cracked around the drains of my ensuite walkin shower which urgently need to be fixed as it might potential be a source of leak. I have been told that this need to be fixed with silicone, as the grout will not stick to the old one. Please confirm the above is correct and provide your available this week. Preferably Monday 29/04 or Tuesday 30/04.

Fllor under bath end is soaked and bath has sunk. Require bath to be raised half an inch and sealed to tiles. Fairly straightforward for someone practical

Our doorstep is a block of cement/concrete with 2x 600x300mm tiles on top. One of the tiles has cracked and come loose. We've bought a new 1200x300mm tile and need the old tiles removed and the new one laid. I don't know what the best materials to use are to fix it down, so I would like the tasker to provide those materials and necessary tools. - Due date: Flexible

I have 5 packs of self adhesive kitchen tile stickers to put up over kitchen tiles already there. Good quality peel and stick tiles for splash back in kitchen. Will need to cut around plug points. - Due date: Before Monday, 27 November 2023
