This task is in 2 parts. 1. On the back of renovating we have a load of rubbish piled up in the garage. It’s dismantled furniture (bed, wardrobe), empty boxes, garden waste, paint tins, etc. See pic. I need someone to come, pick up and dispose of it all. 2. We have a large, heavy Hisense double-fridge that needs to be moved from the house to the cleared out garage. I’ve marked the route on the pic as it involves going down 2 internal steps and down another level outside. So the job needs at least 2 people (to shift stuff + fridge move) and a large van to take the garage items. Thanks

carry a very very heavy treadmill to the loft (2nd floor)

A base part of a Treadmill moved from the ground floor to the basement, quite narrow tricky steps, once in the basement quite easy straight line to the back. The base platform is heavy and requires two quite strong guys. The boxed product was 102kg, however almost half this weight has been already removed as smaller parts , it’s just the base board. It’s heavier one end with the electronics than the other.

I have a 2 bed flat that I’ve been renovating and working in full time. And I have ADHD. Right now I have plenty of storage space to keep my stuff, but no system for where to put it all. Everytime i try, I get distracted by diy jobs or something. A great help would be a kickstart to get like things with like, and some advice on what are good options to use my available storage There are still a few diy jobs I’ll be sorting out, so it doesn’t have to be perfect. Really I just need to be able to find and store stuff without searching for hours I think it would be best to agree a set number of hours and just see how far that goes

I need someone to go into my loft and bring down all the remaining things that are up there, and leave them for me, they are not to be taken away!. Its mostly empty small and medium boxes, but there are a few things that need carrying down from there, but nothing particularly heavy. I don't have a loft ladder, but I have a ample step ladder which I've used quite comfortably in the past to get in and out of there. I have a strong lamp inside to illuminate the area. The work should take no more than one hour.
