Need someone who has both electrician and handyman skills for this job It’s two days work at our house getting through a lot of tasks - Lounge 1: Install new light fitting, hang curtains, hang mirror over fireplace, put down rug - Lounge 2: Install new light fitting, put down rug - Downstairs Hallway: install two pendant lights. Install coat hooks. Hang 3x small paintings - Kitchen: fix the skirting under cabinetry that’s come loose. Change knobs on cupboards. Remove some hooks from wall & make good / touch up - Upstairs hall: install new pendant light. Hang a large painting. Hang a mirror - Main bedroom: hang mirror, change curtains over, put mirror up on back of door - Kids Bedroom: Install roller blind, install curtain rod. Remove hooks from walls / make good - [ ] Office: install roller blind

The power went off in the flat and the switch sockets and bulbs are not working anywhere except for the bathroom

1. Check the consumer unit and test Circuit breakers if work properly as it might not be the case. If necessary change any item at my expenses. 2. Check 5no socket if are safe to use. They work but to check if they don't have issues. If some of them needs to be changed, material at my expenses. 3. To advise if electric hobs, water heater and shower heater if require maintenance. Anytime available on the day.

I need to replace my bathroom cabinet, The previous one didn't have a razor charger, I want to buy one with it, but there's no electric cable at the moment, it needs to be drawn from somewhere (possibly the light).
