I removed 12 paving slabs to make a small border and found that there was a solid strip of concrete partly under this about 1.5 metres long and 60cm wide. I want this neatly removed so it doesn’t disturb the remaining pathway. I have now added 3 photos. This shows the strip of concrete that is sitting within the muddy bits. Where the mud is piled up there are no or little foundations, just a bit of hardcore on one side. I was able to dig into the larger earth mound with a garden fork. Any help appreciated

I have carried out garden project with a landscaper and instead of removing the turf and soil using a skip he has dump half of it in the alleyway behind my back fence. I would estimate there would be atleast 8 to 10 tonnes of soil and turf dumped their. I want this removed responsibly before i get complaints from my neighbours. My landscaper don't do it now.
