Find experienced local gardeners in Birmingham

I moved into my property a few weeks ago landlord promised someone would come sort it out for me as I'm disabled. Looks like it's mostly weeds out there along with rubbish including a builder's hessian bag with god knows what in it. I just generally want it sorted out to a point that I can try and maintain it myself as I wish to get a trampoline and swimming pool for my kids eventually. I can take pics if needed. The size is from a selection thing on here, I don't know exact size of my garden but it does go from the back down the side of the house. I don’t have a lot of money spare so would like reasonable prices please, £50 to £100 max if possible.
