Moving into a 2 bed maisonette so need the whole house painted including hall way, stairs, bathroom and kitchen.

Looking to paint the front of my 1930s house. It is pebbledash. Hoping to paint it either white or off white. The pebbledash itself is in reasonably good condition.

To paint all external walls of property (3 sides of house (semi detached ) repairing all defects/cracks/damages on front wall and window sills. Smoothing/skimming where necessary. Stabilising wall&sills, preparing for painting. Painting with three coats of weather-shield exterior paint. • Repairing all defects/cracks/damages on front woodwork. Sanding down and preparing for painting. Painting with primer/undercoat and three coats of finish exterior paint. • Deep dirt cleaning on all PVCu - windows, door, soffits etc. with PVCu Cleaner Cream. • Repairing all defects/cracks/damages on side wall and window sills. Stabilising walls&sills, preparing for painting. Painting with three coats of weather- shield exterior paint. • Repairing all defects/cracks/damages on woodwork - roof top. Sanding down and preparing for painting. Painting with primer/undercoat and three coats of finish exterior paint. • Deep dirt cleaning on all side and back PVCu - windows, door, soffits etc Fill cracks, sand and paint back of house (3 coats) and paint rear extension

Painting of 4 bedroom house

After a recent painting job, the windows (wooden frames) are stuck shut. They need opening by cutting the paint between window and frame, and then making good. There are approx 14 windows that need opening on 3 storeys (ground, first and second floors) of a Victorian property. It shouldn't take long but tall ladders will be needed.
